This lovely townhouse in located in a superb beachside urbanisation on the exclusive Cabo de la Huertas between Alicante City and Playa de San Juan.

It is literally a 2-minute walk down to the rocky shores of the cabo which is very popular with both the locals and holidaymakers for sunbathing and snorkelling.  The hugely popular Playa de San Juan beach is also a just 20-minute walk.  Here you’ll find 6 kilometres of beautiful white sandy beaches with a promenade lined with restaurants and bars.  Tram links and bus services are also close by.  The bus and the tram will take you into the city in around 20 minutes and the tram will also take you north, ultimately to Denia on a beautiful a coastal journey.

The house has 4 floors.  At ground level you’ll find a new modern open kitchen, fitted just a couple of years ago with quality furnishings and appliances.  There is access to a utility / laundry space with gas water heater.  From the kitchen you walk past a bathroom and a private lift to all floors to the living area which provides access to the west facing terraced garden area with awnings to provide shade from the summer sun. There is a log burner in the living area.

On the first floor you’ll find 3 spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and 2 bathrooms.  On the top floor is another bright bedroom with sea views.  Across from here you have access to the roof terrace which also has superb sea views.
